• Order & payment details — the products you buy and the delivery information needed to fulfil your order. Card and mobile-banking details are entered directly on our payment partners’ secure pages — we never see or store your full card or PIN.
• App information — if you use the Bangla Karaoke app, basic account details (such as your sign-in) and the songs or recordings you choose to save on your device.
• Automatic data — standard device and usage data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) collected through cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, provide warranty and customer support, answer your messages, improve our products and website, and — only with your consent — send you occasional offers or product news. We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal effects.
